In today’s competitive world, training and skill development with a focus on employment is more important than ever. Global Peace Ministries (GPM), a well-established NGO, has been actively working to enhance vocational skills and employability in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, India since 2004.
While having an educational degree is important, it does not always guarantee suitable employment. GPM recognizes that even a minimum qualification of Class X, combined with vocational and technical skills, can open doors to meaningful employment. The organization is dedicated to empowering marginalized communities by equipping them with skills that enable sustainable livelihoods and economic independence, with a special focus on school dropouts and underprivileged adults.
Understanding the critical role of computer literacy in career growth, GPM offers training in Basic and Advanced Computer Applications, AI, MS Office, ERP courses, and other job-oriented programs. Course durations range from 3 to 6 months, after which participants are examined and awarded certificates. Impressively, over 90% of students achieve an ‘A’ grade, reflecting the quality and effectiveness of the training.
GPM also emphasizes job placement support for its graduates, helping them secure positions as Data Entry Operators, Accounts Assistants, Receptionists, Cash Memo Coordinators, Bank Executives, and software/technical consultants, thereby bridging the gap between education and meaningful employment.
